Definitely not. Everyone has mental health, just like everyone has physical health. Therapy not only helps with mental health issues but also builds your ability to handle life’s challenges. It teaches new skills and strategies and helps you use your strengths to enhance your life and boost your mental well-being. We think everyone could gain from a supportive environment where they can think, learn, talk, and feel heard and understood.
